Australian delivery

Our current delivery estimate is approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, peak periods and customs processing can take longer. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

The available shipping method, cost and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact contact@sidane.org promptly if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfilment begins.

Delays and delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your parcel appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
