Refund policy
30-day change-of-mind returns
Contact Ends Well at contact@sidane.org within 30 days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Please do not send a return before receiving authorisation and the correct return location.
Once authorised, return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
