Include your order number when contacting us about an existing purchase. Please do not send a return before receiving return instructions.

Shipping

Tracked Australian delivery.

Our current delivery estimate is approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, peak periods and customs processing can take longer. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

The available shipping method, cost and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Please check the delivery address carefully; contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

Returns

A clear 30-day window.

For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Once authorised, return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing time may vary. Do not send a return without authorisation, as the correct return location will be provided with your instructions.

Ordering from Ends Well.

By placing an order, you confirm that the order information and delivery address are accurate and that you have reviewed the product directions, suitability information, shipping details and return terms.

The Ends Method is an at-home maintenance tool, not a replacement for professional haircutting or medical treatment. Use it only on clean, fully dry and detangled hair, follow the supplied manual and stop if the tool catches or causes discomfort. Product results vary with hair condition, preparation and technique.

Product availability, pricing and delivery estimates may change before an order is accepted. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud or an undeliverable destination. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
